Every Zentri product is backed by a full manufacturer's warranty and covered by Australian Consumer Law.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Faults in materials or workmanship
• Issues arising from normal, intended use

Warranty Periods

• Kitchen appliances: 2 years standard warranty
• Bathroom fixtures & tapware: 5 years on body, 1 year on moving parts
• Flooring & tiles: Manufacturer's warranty applies (varies by product)
• Hardware & accessories: 12 months

How to Claim

1. Contact us on 1300 936 874 or admin@zentriappliances.com.au.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
3. We'll assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Your Consumer Rights

Our warranties do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
