We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Change of Mind

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the product is:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair under Australian Consumer Law. We'll cover return shipping costs in these cases.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us on 1300 936 874 or admin@zentriappliances.com.au within the return period.
  2. We'll provide return instructions and an authorisation number.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless faulty, including custom-cut flooring, tiles, and any installed products.

Warranty Claims

All Zentri products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately — see our Warranty page for details.
