30-Day Change of Mind
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the product is:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair under Australian Consumer Law. We'll cover return shipping costs in these cases.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us on 1300 936 874 or admin@zentriappliances.com.au within the return period.
- We'll provide return instructions and an authorisation number.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless faulty, including custom-cut flooring, tiles, and any installed products.
Warranty Claims
All Zentri products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately — see our Warranty page for details.
